Deborah is an experienced Human Resources Development (HRD) consultant with over 25 years working both in the UK and overseas in both line management and HRD consulting roles. Beginning her career with British Airways, she moved to a HRD role supporting country managers through organisational development issues and all aspects of managing diverse teams. After leaving British Airways, she joined Rank Xerox European Manufacturing Division working on the integration of a performance management system that supported Rank Xerox's European Quality Award.

An experienced facilitator and OD Consultant, Deborah has worked with individuals at all levels of an organisation. She has facilitated both large group open space interventions to small team interventions helping both through the learning process. An experienced coach, she has had several years experience of working with senior management as a coach and mentor. In recent years she was involved in a nationwide NHS diversity mentoring programme for both clinical and non clinical teams. Deborah has also been a featured speaker on Diversity and Leadership.

Deborah herself, was Learning and Development Director EMEA for a global BPO and was also part of the senior management team leading the organisation through a global Acquisition and Merger. In the last few years, Deborah has worked in several organisational development areas including talent retention and succession planning, strategy development, and several change and transformation projects. Within a global government organisation she worked overseas and in the UK supporting a global leadership development programme involving diffferent stages of the Transformation Agenda. She also worked for a global FMCG, designing and facilitating a leadership programme for the European senior management teams enabling them to, implement both strategic and operational decisions in line with the change agenda, and also manage their teams through the business transformation process.

Deborah is passionate about value-driven learning for the individual and the organisation, and testimonials support her pragmatic approach and her ability to listen and engage individuals with the real issues. She is an MBTi Assessor and a qualified Bar-On EQ-i and EQ-360 user, two well known tools for measuring emotional intelligence and leadership effectiveness.

Deborah has also been an editor for the Open University Management series and is at present on the Board of Trustees of a Hospital.
