Jonathan Kirschner is a consultant and business leader who brings a strong focus on strategic business-oriented dialogue and psychological insight. As a consultant, Dr. Kirschner's areas of focus are in strategic and team development, executive coaching, high-potential development, change management, and leadership development.
Jonathan's experience spans numerous sectors, including financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, oil & gas, technology, non-profit and higher education. In his executive coaching work, Dr. Kirschner has a particular interest in leveraging insight-oriented methods for achieving sustained behavioral change.
As a business leader, Jonathan's mission is to create meaningful change for people and deep value for their organizations through robust, highly-accessible development solutions. In 2009, Jonathan developed a proprietary coaching method as a process for achieving sustained behavioral change. He has also developed a cloud-based platform that enables telepresence coaching sessions to occur at the click of a button, any time and anywhere. This technology is available within Ei World's global coaching projects through a strategic partnership with Dr. Kirschner. He is also the founder and developer of Stress Check™, a stress assessment available for iphone and Android devices. To date, over one million people world-wide have taken his assessment.
Jonathan is proud to have helped Ei World to accelerate our deployment of technology in client programmes. Jonathan has enabled Ei World's delivery of projects to be both state-of-the-art and at the cutting edge through leveraging the power of technology to support emotional intelligence development and executive coaching. He is trained in the Team Emotional Intelligence Survey and has served on Ei World's global projects focused on team effectiveness. He is skilled in the interpretation of Hogan survey tools as a lens on personal effectiveness.
Dr. Kirschner is a member of the Society for Consulting Psychologists (SCP) of the American Psychological Association and an affiliate member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP). He graduated from New York University, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Religion. He holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Widener University.
Jonathan is involved in projects which blend strategic dialogue with the areas of emotional intelligence and stress management. He has worked on all of Ei World's strategically important client projects since 2012 and brings a strong focus on the combination of technology, deep listening and facilitating behavour change.
