OVERVIEW
The HeartMath 1-to-1 Licensed Provider programme is designed to assist in the profound shift to heart-centred living in our society, community and workplaces. A 3-day learning experience which fully equips you to integrate the tools of the HeartMath system in your 1-to-1 work, including the award-winning emWave technology and a structured process with 6 different workbooks designed for specific client needs and applications. This is an opportunity to become part of the growing UK network of trained HeartMath 1-to-1 Practitioners.
Learning Outcomes
As a Licensed 1-to-1 Provider, you will:
- Receive a Licence to gain commercial use of HeartMath's intellectual property and promote yourself as a trained HeartMath Provider.
- Choose from six workbooks designed for specific client needs and applications: personal development, professional development, stress reduction, sports or business performance, improved health and well-being.
- Inspire and motivate clients by offering the HeartMath System of tools and technology.
- Learn HeartMath tools in-depth for your own use.
- Use the emWave Desktop and emWave Personal Stress Reliever with clients to validate real-time measurable feedback.
- Receive special product discounts for ongoing use of HeartMath products and programmes.
- Learn the scientific underpinnings of the HeartMath System.
- Learn how to uncover and disengage from the negative impact stress has on your body and mind.
- Learn ten techniques in the HeartMath System for achieving physical, mental and emotional balance.
- Learn how to use HeartMath’s innovative emWave technology to accelerate learning and track progress.
- Be able to support your clients to discover the heart of who they are, experience more balance in life, feel better, perform better, reduce their stress and become healthier and more resilient.

Vanessa Shaw, Lead Facilitator, Ei World
An experienced facilitator, professional Life & Executive Coach who has been leading the HeartMath 1-to1 Provider Programme in the UK since its beginning. She has accumulated several thousand coaching hours of experience of working 1-to-1 and Vanessa has received consistently excellent feedback from delivering the 1-to-1 Provider Programme. She will be assisted by other members of the Ei World team during the 3-days.

Dr Dorian Dugmore President, Wellness International
PhD Cardiovascular Medicine
A world leader in cardiovascular medicine and wellness with 30 years experience. Pioneered a new concept in preventative medicine and wellness. His programmes have won world and European Best Practice awards for corporate wellness. Has written extensively on health, exercise and heart disease.
He will be leading a session on the ‘Science of the Heart’.

Medical Doctor
Dr Mark Atkinson, MBBS, is a integrative holistic medical doctor and well-being expert with a specialist interest in stress, mental health, addiction recovery and mindful living. He is Founder, Academy of Human Potential, and is an internationally-renowned expert in well-being, mind-body medicine and emotional health. He has also authored three health / well-being / integrative medicine books including True Happiness – Your Complete Guide to Emotional Health (2011), The Mind–Body Bible (2007) and Holistic Health Secrets for Women (2009).
He will be leading a session on ‘The importance of Heart-Centred living’.
