Become Licensed to Teach Your Individual Clients the HeartMath System

The HeartMath@ 1:1 Provider Licensing Program is for HR professionals, coaches, counsellors, therapists, health professionals and others who work with individual clients in a one-on-one setting.

Aim:

The HeartMath® 1 on 1 Provider training program prepares you to teach HeartMath's life-changing tools and techniques to your individual clients.

Outcomes:

As a Licensed HeartMath 1:1 Provider you will: .

Learn the scientific underpinning of the HeartMath System
Learn how to uncover and disengage from the negative impact stress has on your body and mind.
Learn ten techniques in the HeartMath System for achieving physical, mental and emotional balance.
Learn how to use HeartMath’s innovative emWave technology to accelerate learning and track progress.
Be able to support your clients to discover the heart of who they are, experience more balance in life, feel better, perform better, reduce their stress and become healthier and more resilient.

NB: To achieve this, licensed HeartMath 1:1 Providers usually experience a shift in their own lives, as a pre-requisite of enabling this shift in others, through their own regular practice of the use of HeartMath tools. The 1:1 Provider programme builds this in.

Overview:

The training includes a 3-day workshop, incorporating interactive exercises, practice using the materials, and an opportunity to meet people, just like you, who want to make a difference in people's lives. You will learn how to structure a 4 to 5 session programme to effect a difference in the life of a client.

Essential Pre-Requisites are:

You need to own an emWave - (click here if you do not own one).
You need to complete a 1:1 Coaching Programme so that you can practice the use of HeartMath tools before you start the process of learning to equip others.

Key Benefits:

By becoming licensed, you can offer your individual clients a quick and effective way to reduce stress and achieve emotional balance and peak performance. Existing 1:1 providers have found that when a client learns the key HeartMath tools, their goals or outcomes for that client are greatly accelerated.

In the training you'll learn more about the science behind the HeartMath System and how to guide your clients through specially designed 1:1 programmes with the help of structured, supportive workbooks only available to the public from a licensed 1:1 provider.
