Mark Bishop profile
Mark is the Managing Director of Ei World, an experienced executive who has worked in both small companies and highly structured large organisations, including major banking institutions and telecommunications companies. He thrives in technical and high pressure environments, organising and prioritising multiple work-streams concurrently for highly regulated commercial operations. He has typically worked on the management of business-critical complex integration projects in high pressure and time critical environments. He is a dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic individual with excellent people and relationship building skills. Mark originally graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physics and Space Science and Systems from the University of Kent. He is qualified in the EQ-i and EQ-360 measures of emotional intelligence, he is a Prince 2 Practitioner (Project Management qualification), a Certified Master Coach, a HeartMath 1-to-1 Provider and a peak performance energy practitioner. He is skilled at developing excellent working relationships that foster success, whilst also being strong in delivery and accountability. Two key strengths include his ability to be proactive in identifying and translating complex requirements into resource, process and people requirements and in supporting effective decision-making through critical analysis. He is strong in delivery, accountability and the mitigation of commercial risk and liability whilst also being strong in people skills. Mark's belief is that the key to success and conflict resolution in any organisation is the strength of relationships. He also understands that clarity of communication is essential to both tactical and strategic alliances.
