The motivating factor for being a leading change agent was not just academic for Geetu, it was personal. A cancer survivor, now 18 years in remission, Geetu is passionate about learning ways to balance “performance and renewal”. She is proud to be applying in her own life many of the strategies that she encourages her clients to adopt. She sings in a musical choir and is mother to a 6-year old and a 1-year old, her two home coaches who keep her continually learning about the role of emotion in everyday life.

Geetu is proud of her cultural heritage; She sponsors undergraduate students from UCL to work in her organisation and leave university debt-free. Her first sponsored scholar was from a BAME background and is now a proud graduate of an MENg degree in Architectural Design & Engineering.
