Dr Geetu Bharwaney is a highly experienced Executive Coach, Team Coach, CEO Coach, HR Professional and Business Leader. As the Founder and CEO of Ei World, her work involves special assignments with CEOs and their teams. She helps leaders to rethink the way that they get things done, so that they can achieve their true potential. She applies her 31 years of experience to help her clients create high performing teams that deliver results for their organisations. Geetu’s open-minded and flexible approach to coaching enables her to apply evidence-based frameworks to achieve rapid results and lasting professional success for her clients.
Her mission is to help leaders and teams get to a higher level of performance through emotional intelligence. Geetu works globally from a UK base. Her clients include CEOs and CHROs from global companies, including executives and senior leaders with missions to transform their businesses. She has coached and helped Engineers, Lawyers, Executives, Entrepreneurs and other Senior Professionals in developing their executive leadership to achieve their true potential. Her work is recognised by global clients, over a broad spectrum of industries (oil and gas, global technology, insurance, manufacturing, retail, financial services, healthcare, I.T., pharmaceutical, military, non-profits, higher education, etc.) and include FTSE 100, Fortune 50 companies, government agencies and service providers, private-equity owned companies, sports associations and public-private partnerships.

Today, her expertise includes team effectiveness coaching, executive coaching and developing high potential leaders. With a particular interest in using targeted assessments to build ‘strategic self awareness’ and ‘inner leadership’.
The motivating factor for being a leading change agent was not just academic for Geetu, it was personal. A cancer survivor, now 16 years in remission, Geetu is passionate about learning ways to balance “performance and renewal”. She is proud to be applying in her own life many of the career strategies that she encourages her coaching clients to adopt. She sings in a musical choir in London and is the mother of a 4-year old.
Her core expertise is coaching emotional intelligence and emotional resilience. She is the Author of “Emotional Resilience” (Pearson, 2015)**, a Keynote Speaker and a BAME Leader.

One of Geetu’s key passions is to equip people to develop the skills and capabilities of working with emotional intelligence in their own arenas of work in these very challenging times. She is qualified trainer of two pioneering accreditations in tools for HR Professionals, coaches and change agents to be more transformational in their human development work – Team Emotional Intelligence Survey and Emotional Resilience Awareness Survey.
Geetu is proud of her cultural heritage; She sponsors two undergraduate students each year to work in her organisation and leave university debt-free. Her first sponsored scholar was from a BAME background and is now a proud student in year 3 of an undergraduate degree at UCL, Architecture & Design Engineering.
Coaching Credentials and Professional Training
She qualified in Coaching at Roehampton Institute, with a Diploma in Workplace Counselling. She is a member and Global Assessor of coaching programmes with the EMCC, one of the leading coaching bodies who focus on the application and practice of an evidence-basis in coaching. She supervises coaches in regular peer supervision both in her own company and for groups of internal coaches. Geetu has written and published several chapters on the subjects of Coaching, Emotional Intelligence and Team Effectiveness.
She is a Chartered Fellow with the CIPD, a leading professional institute for HR professionals. Her masters thesis during her MSc in Psychology of Health (City University) focused on a study of 109 leaders and their Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and Health; awarded distinction. She was awarded a Doctor of Science degree honoris causa by Aston University in 2016, her alma mater where she studied International Business and Modern Languages (graduated 1989).
As an internationally-respected and recognised thought leader and speaker, Geetu has published numerous papers and chapters on emotional intelligence.

- Hogan qualified, trained in Behavioural Coaching, and qualified in a range of emotional intelligence survey tools.
