Manuelle Charbonneau, Ph.D.
Manuelle brings over 25 years of evidence-based leadership development, executive coaching, team development and international experience to her work with C-level executives, senior leaders, high potentials, and teams at all levels. She is a bilingual and bicultural citizen of France and the US, and coaches and consults in French and in English, in person and virtually, to clients dispersed around the world.
Her coaching and consulting focus on accelerating the transitions and development of leaders and teams in expertise-intensive and high complexity environments. Her experience includes clients of all sizes, from Fortune 500 and Global 500 to mid-size firms and startups across sectors: pharmaceutical, biotech, luxury, high-tech, oil & gas, consumer goods, transportation, utilities, professional and financial services, healthcare, aerospace, academia, government, and non-profits.
Manuelle majored in International Business at the Audencia Nantes School of Management in France and has lived or worked in over 27 countries. Her career includes over a decade as a licensed psychotherapist, and several years as a change management consultant. She was in charge for over a decade of leadership development for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, the $1.6B wholesaler of water for the region.
In addition to her Ph.D. in organizational psychology and two master’s degrees (in organizational psychology and in clinical psychology), Manuelle completed cross-cultural and executive programs with the Thunderbird School of Global Management and Cornell University. She is certified in a wide range of state-of-the-art leadership and inter-cultural assessments, as well as in the Team Ei survey, which she has been using in team coaching since her certification with Ei World in 2016.
