Marian Lordi ACC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Marian brings 25 years of experience in the Financial and HealthCare Industries, in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Organizational and Learning Development roles.

Marian is an experienced coach in the areas of leadership development and self-awareness, as well as team dynamics.   She has specialized in large-scale change management efforts, Building High Performing Teams and a Learning Culture, Managing Organizational design and transformation, implementing a global competency and performance management program, Institutionalizing new business Culture, as well as designing and implementing a Learning Academy.  Marian has been coaching for 15 years.  She is also an experienced facilitator. 

Marian has earned a MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University; Teacher’s College.  She is a Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and is a member of the Columbia Coaching Learning Association (CCLA). 

Marian is PROSCI certified in Change Management. She is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, SPHR and certified by the Society for Human Resources Management as a Senior Certified Professional, SHRM-SCP.  She is trained in Team Emotional Intelligence Survey, and the Hogan Assessment Suite.

Marian  is featured in Cambridge Who’s Who, 2011 and has been recognized by the Professional Organization of Women of Excellence (POWER), 2019.  She is a founding member of the Senior HR Business Partner Council, The Conference Board, 2016.
