Mohamed Essam Abdel-Kerim B.Sc.

Mohamed Essam Abdel-Kerim is a highly experienced HR Consultant, Certified Coach and Competency-Based Assessor.

Mohamed is fluent in Arabic and supports Ei World’s Coaching, Assessment and Leadership Development client projects across the MENA Region. He has worked on many successful projects in KSA, Kuwait, UAE, Sudan and Egypt.

He brings multi-disciplinary skills as an experienced Interpersonal Skills Trainer and Organizational Development Expert. Mohammed has over 20 years’ experience in various disciplines such as sales, customer service, technical support, call center, training & development. He spent sixteen years in corporate learning and development roles.

Mohamed is a Certified Professional Coach from ICF (International Coaching Federation). He is also qualified in a range of proprietary Assessment tool and is a Certified Instructor from STI Knowledge Institute (USA) on Synchronous online delivery. In addition, has trained in a variety of areas including ITIL, Financial advisory for small businesses as well as a range of Telecommunications technologies.  This provides Mohamed with a unique ability to be able to work with clients in a variety of business contexts, where his purpose is to bring the best out in people and help them perform and achieve.

Mohamed was a Member of the Trainers pool who deliver and facilitate the ‘Presidential Leadership Program’ in Egypt, initiated in 2016. As a trainer, he delivers and facilitates Soft-Skills including Communication skills, Team Building and Time Management. He was also involved in the development and the delivery of a “Change Management” curriculum. Mohamed led a project team to coach a Senior Management team to create objectives for their team members and align those objectives to the strategic direction of the organization. In this Project, Mohamed coached more than 20 managers to set and communicate objectives for more than 65 positions in various departments.

In terms of his coaching approach, Mohamed believes that each individual’s success is personal and is conditioned by the ability of the individual to continuously assume responsibility and continuously learn and develop. Hence, he empowers clients to become aware of their potential and challenge their limitations to attain success and personal growth. Mohamed believes that people are the most important asset in an organization and organizational success is linked to employees’ success and performance.

Mohamed has a bachelors degree in Engineering from Ain Shams University, with a major in Electrical Engineering.
