Nadine Kouba, Ph.D., PCC

Nadine is an executive and business leader coach specializing in working with leaders to increase their effectiveness and accelerate their business. She has twenty-five+ years of experience working with leaders at all levels. Nadine has designed and presented workshops, consulted, and coached individuals across the United States, globally in the Asia Pacific region, the Middle East, and Europe.  

With extensive business expertise and as a former executive, Nadine brings a powerful mix of strategy, empathy, and real-world insights to her client engagements.  Nadine partners with her clients as an executive coach to achieve sustained personal development and organizational effectiveness to drive their business results. 

As an organizational effectiveness consultant, she has worked with leadership teams on strategic planning, mission, vision, values setting, goal alignment, leadership team building, intact and ad hoc team building, quality process improvement, succession planning, and high potential development planning.  

Her industry expertise includes Aerospace, Medical Manufacturing, Health Care (tertiary & managed), Retail, Electric & Gas Utilities, Professional Services, Federal Government, Education, Non-profit, University Administrator, and Lecturer.  

Nadine earned her doctorate from St. Louis University in Higher Education Leadership plus a graduate certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is a Professional Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF and a certified practitioner in Psychometric tools and surveys such as Team EI Assessment, Hogan Assessments, Executive Presence Index, Leadership Versatility Index 360° Assessment, The Leadership Circle, MBTI, Facet5, the Catalyst Tool, and the Trust Catalyst Tool. In addition, she is an ATD Certified MasterTrainer.  

She currently lives in St. Louis, Missouri, with six cats. Nadine also rides dressage on her beautiful bay, registered Appendix-Quarterhorse mare.
