She has twenty-five+ years of experience working with leaders at all levels. Nadine has designed and presented workshops, consulted, and coached individuals across the United States, globally in the Asia Pacific region, the Middle East, and Europe.

Nadine earned her doctorate from St. Louis University in Higher Education Leadership plus a graduate certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is a Professional Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF and a certified practitioner in Psychometric tools and surveys such as Team EI Assessment, Hogan Assessments, Executive Presence Index, Leadership Versatility Index 360° Assessment, The Leadership Circle, MBTI, Facet5, the Catalyst Tool, and the Trust Catalyst Tool. In addition, she is an ATD Certified MasterTrainer.
She currently lives in St. Louis, Missouri, with six cats. Nadine also rides dressage on her beautiful bay, registered Appendix-Quarterhorse mare.
