She brings this wealth of experience and impactful leadership to her consulting and executive coaching practice with a focus on organizational effectiveness, cultural transformation, people/team management, DE&I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), change management and leadership competencies.
Her industry expertise is primarily in Retail and Investment Banking, Financial Services Technology, Call Center Operations and Non-Profit, and she has also supported executives in the Quick Service Restaurant and Healthcare Technology sectors. She has supported leaders through periods of significant change, including mergers/acquisitions and restructuring, as both a coach focusing on adaptability, resilience, and inclusive leadership, and as a consultant focusing on organizational design and process/performance improvement. Additionally, she has supported organizations in establishing or refocusing their DE&I strategies.

Wendy was educated at Harvard University and Georgia State University and received her coaching certification at iPEC. She is also a certified practitioner in Psychometric tools including Hogan Assessments and the ELI (Energy Leadership Index). She resides in Atlanta and sits on the board of CareerRise, a non-profit organization focused on workforce development in metro Atlanta.
