What is 'Team Performance Post Pandemic'?

Team Performance Post Pandemic is designed to help you (re)create a high performing team in the aftermath of global turmoil. It is a product of over 20 years of work in the fields of emotional intelligence and emotional resilience, tailored specifically for the challenges faced today.

Team Re-Set

Designed for Leadership and Critical teams, the Team Re-Sets are facilitated by Ei World team and include the following components:

  • 1 x 60-minute kick off meeting with the whole team to explain the survey, what it measures and how the process will work
  • Team Ei Survey launched to whole team.
  • 1 x 3-hour virtual meeting with the whole team to debrief the survey report including expert report and to create a team action plan
  • Impact review
  • 2 x 1-hour accountability calls with stakeholders to review progress after the workshop
  • 2nd team Survey (conducted 6 months later to review impact)
  • 1 day in-person workshop at a venue of your choice to achieve the highest impact

Team Health Check

The Team Health Checks are facilitated by Ei World team and include the following components:
