"The Value behind the exercise is unquestionable – we see it today as a reality translated into actual business results. We are outperforming, in the last 2 months my direct boss and team members have said ‘wow this region is in a different league’. During the last global meeting, my peers commented “The only bright spot we will have is this region”. As with any corporation, we go through ups and downs, and we need to plan for every decision coming. The impact that the management team in this region has observed has been tremendous. This is related to maturity and the click on ‘how I make the organisation work better’, instead of ‘how do I make the people I am surrounded by work better’.
