Alan Russell

Alan is a skilled facilitator who has worked on a variety of mission-critical client projects– highlights have included co-ordinating the implementation of an SAP system for one of the UK’s largest petrochemical sites, supporting the HR process of a major organisational change, training leaders and managers in change management methodologies and creating a global change network for a leading international mining group, designing and implementing a tracking database which automated the process of compiling performance data for a major oil field operator, and facilitating workshops for numerous project and leadership teams.

Alan’s experience in change consultancy and facilitation complements his previous background as a business process analyst, and his honours degree in Economics. Alan has been instrumental in equipping Ei World team members in the Executive Arts family of tools including EmpowerMap and other processes that support the facilitation of transformational change.
