Catherine Cheshire SPHR.
Catherine is an international team and leadership coach, workshop facilitator and writer. With entrepreneurial experience both as a solo entrepreneur and a part founding teams, she played integral roles in four successful startups based in the financial marketing and publishing sectors. In some twenty years building teams and operations from the ground up, Catherine brings to coaching her background in talent management and development, communications and business operations.
Qualified as a practitioner in Team Emotional Intelligence Survey, Catherine combines her practical experience with an academic approach to understanding the systemic nature of her teams. She has also amassed considerable experience collaborating with psychologists and team experts to co-develop leadership frameworks, assessments and surveys. Her coach approach is guided by evidence and research, a creative mindset and belief in the strengths and values of people who seek to create purpose-driven visions and paths to their desired outcomes.
Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Catherine has undertaken diverse coaching training, including existential coaching and mindset coaching, in addition to ACC and PCC courses. She is certified in the following psychometric assessments: Team Emotional Intelligence Survey, Emotional Resilience Survey, Executive Presence Index (ExPI), Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP), Coaching Mindset Index (CMI) and Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP). She is also certified in the Executive Arts Family of Maps. Catherine holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology from the University of Wales, Cardiff. Catherine has lived, worked and travelled extensively around the globe and she speaks German, French and Spanish. She lives with her husband and two children in St. Petersberg, FL.
