Francesca Proudman

Francesca is a highly experienced Executive Coach and Leadership Development Trainer & Facilitator. She helps emerging and established leaders looking to manage change and people more effectively. Her areas of particular interest are leadership, people empowerment and emotional intelligence.

Francesca qualified as a coach in Germany in 2009 and quickly accelerated into the corporate sector. She finds immense satisfaction and success working together with executive leaders on their mission to optimise company growth and self-empowerment, as well as how to best ignite the next generation. Her knowledge and understanding of emotional intelligence have proven invaluable, shaping her approach to optimise collaboration, engagement, performance and leadership development.

As both an accomplished executive coach and facilitator, she has worked globally with multi-nationals in sectors ranging from law, IT, pharmaceuticals and finance to government bodies and the United Nations. Having lived internationally for over twenty years herself, and worked within the diplomatic corps, Francesca is familiar with many different cultural backgrounds. She is versatile and receptive to the varying needs and values of others. Respect, integrity and compassion are a core part of her identity. She is a passionate, highly inspirational coach and facilitator with vast knowledge in her field and is driven to empower more and more people on their professional and personal journeys.

At Ei World, Francesca is also part of the Core Operations Team supporting Content Excellence. She can be found working directly with clients, or behind the scenes looking into ways of providing further excellence to both clients and fellow coaches. She is known for her direct approach, as well as diplomacy and warmth. She speaks German and Italian.

In her personal time, Francesca is a huge traveller and nature lover. In fact, her coaching work sometimes takes place on the Sussex Downs, giving “walk and talk” a whole new meaning! Her love of Italy is well known to her inner circle, as is her fascination with psychology and neuroscience. She lives with her partner in East Sussex.
