Henk is a business psychologist, focusing on leadership assessment, team development and talent analytics. His commitment stems from a belief that developing self-awareness fosters the type of leadership that enriches people’s lives and leads to sustainable business results.
He supports Ei World projects with assessment feedback, team data interpretation and emotional resilience development. In his role as data scientist, he provides statistical analyses of cohort and organisational level assessment data to identify strengths, weaknesses and recommendations for organisational development.
Henk has consulted on topics including talent identification and acquisition, succession planning and talent pipeline, leadership climate and organisational culture. As a coach, he helps managers and executives develop their strategic self-awareness, respond effectively to challenges and dilemmas, and transition successfully into new roles.
Henk is a certified user of the Emotional Resilience Awareness survey, the Hogan Assessments, Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and Leadership Development Framework. He holds a MSc in I/O Psychology (Cum Laude) and a MSc in Change Management (Cum Laude) from the University of Groningen, The Netherlands.
He is based in the Netherlands. In his personal life, Henk enjoys spending time with his young family, going outdoors and volunteering at an environmental sustainability charity.
