Isabell Dittmar

A seasoned leader with over 25 years of international leadership roles up to board level in several industries in human resources, finance, supply chain and strategy consulting – and with two decades of coaching teams and executives – Isabell brings a full 360 view, and a high dose of empathy into her work.

Rooted in neuroscience, emotional intelligence and enriched with easily transferable tools, she has supported hundreds of teams and individuals in their growth and transformation.

In Isabell’s strong foundation of formative education is her masters degree in industrial engineering (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology) with many additional credentials from MIT, IMD etc. In particular, Isabell trained & certified with the leaders in the field of emotional intelligence, agility and coaching, and is one of a handful of people worldwide who are certified both as facilitator for the Google-born Emotional Intelligence Program “Search Inside Yourself” and as a Goleman Emotional Intelligence Coach.

Having worked on projects in the past from her home and office bases in Germany, France, Spain, México & Perù, Isabell now lives in Zürich, Switzerland, where outside of work she is often found snowshoeing or hiking in the mountains.

Her working languages are English, German, Spanish & French.  In projects with Ei World, Isabell works on 1:1 coaching and the design of team development programs.
