Wendy Jamerson

With over 25 years of experience in business transformation, corporate leadership development, and strategic change management, Wendy Jamerson has led teams to achieve breakthrough results in optimizing financial services technology platforms and sales and service processes. She brings this wealth of experience and impactful leadership to her consulting and executive coaching practice with a focus on organizational effectiveness, cultural transformation, people/team management, DE&I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), change management and leadership competencies.

Wendy is currently working on Executive Coaching and Leadership Development Programs at Ei World with a special focus on DE&I.

Her industry expertise is primarily in Retail and Investment Banking, Financial Services Technology, Call Centre Operations and Non-Profit, and she has also supported executives in the Quick Service Restaurant and Healthcare Technology sectors. She has supported leaders through periods of significant change, including mergers/acquisitions and restructuring, as both a coach focusing on adaptability, resilience, and inclusive leadership, and as a consultant focusing on organizational design and process/performance improvement. Additionally, she has supported organizations in establishing or refocusing their DE&I strategies.

A certified Six Sigma Blackbelt, Wendy takes a systematic approach to partnering with clients for success. She supports them in identifying strengths they can build on as well as key opportunities that will help them further excel.

Wendy was educated at Harvard University and Georgia State University and received her coaching certification at iPEC. She is also a certified practitioner in Psychometric tools including Hogan Assessments and the ELI (Energy Leadership Index).

She resides in Atlanta and sits on the board of CareerRise, a non-profit organization focused on workforce development in metro Atlanta. Wendy is an introvert cleverly disguised as an extrovert who loves art, wine, tennis, travel and the practice of Mindfulness.  She has visited all 50 of the United States and six continents, and can’t wait to visit Antarctica once the pandemic is under control.
