- Team EI Survey Process Guide for Qualified Users. Included in the cost of your accreditation programme, is one Team EI Survey for you to use on a team within 60 days of completing your accreditation. Using the survey as early as possible will familiarize you with the survey portal and consolidate your learning. We have prepared a document so you can gather together what you need to prepare before your first survey launch. Do reach out if you need any assistance with this.
